How to confirm a course for the Erasmus+ grant applications?

Please keep the size of your confirmation below 250Kb each.

Why? Some schools apply for more mobilities (more courses in different schools and job shadowing activities) and they need to upload one confirmation for each activity. However, the total size of all these files cannot exceed 10 Mb!!! Just imagine if a school has 15 teachers in their project…

Hint: Minimize the number of pictures (logos, signatures etc.) in your files.

What’s in a name? A lot! Please name your confirmations using characters of the English alphabet only. No accents and no spaces. Family name of the teacher first. Example: CAPULET_Juliet_Language_School_Name_Course_Title.

Why? Some files that were attached to the application did not appear when these rules were not observed. It is also clearer for the judges which confirmation belongs to which applicant.

Please send both the confirmation AND the course description in just one file.

Why? Same as above, if there are more teachers in a project, applying schools will have to join several pdf files, so it is a great help if the confirmation that You send them already contains all necessary parts.

Hint: Use PaperPort, NitroPdf or a similar suitable program to unite two separate pdfs or suitable online services such as http://pdfjoiner.com/

Note: There’s no need to send an invoice at this point.

You may get pre-enrolments for general or other courses that are not explicitly designed for teachers (especially general language courses). But that is ok. Please confirm it and send a course description with it, too.

Why? Teachers may get support for practically any course that fits within their European Development Plan.

Address your confirmation to the name of the teachers and their school, but not the travel or the national agency.

Why? Some national agencies prefer to see exact details on the confirmations, sometimes even school registration numbers are requested as well.
